Rate: $250/hour
This hourly rate includes scheduled meetings and related email correspondence that pertains to each meeting.
This rate also applies to time spent between meetings on tasks such as:
– Reviewing or revising employment contracts, leases, or employee handbooks
– Auditing your website or your Indeed or Google Ads accounts
– Assisting with the development of workflows, onboarding processes, or policy templates
We’ll work together to determine a meeting cadence that reflects both your budget and the pace at which you’d like to grow your practice.
Typical Range: $250–$400/hour
Fees for this service vary depending on the stage of your exit planning. Early-stage exploration may require strategic coaching, while later stages are often more time intensive over a shorter duration and involve deal support, document review, or collaboration with brokers and legal counsel.
In some cases, fees may be structured as a percentage of your practice’s eventual sale price. We’ll work together to identify what structure makes the most sense for your situation.
For early-stage startups in the mental health space, I typically integrate advisory services into the broader terms of the investment itself. Fee arrangements are flexible and determined collaboratively, based on the nature of my involvement and your company’s growth stage.
